COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
We aim to ship items within 24 working hours of receipt. However due to the large increase in online orders across Australia, All postal and courier services are experiencing delays.
When you place an order, please keep this in mind and allow extra time to those listed below for your orders. If you do experience extreme delays, please contact us at email@example.com so we can lodge a follow up with the courier.
Orders placed via our website for $100 or more (excluding Gift Vouchers) qualify for free postage Australia wide if you choose the base shipping option.
Shipping is generally through Australia Post except for larger items:
If you have a PO Box or Parcel locker address, then we will use AusPost.
Each parcel has a unique tracking code.
You can opt to leave a note on the parcel to allow couriers to leave parcel in a safe place if you are not home.
We try and keep the shipping time as short as possible. Where possible orders are sent out within 24 hours (Monday-Friday), and on the first business day following a weekend (unless for some reason we are out of stock, in which case we will contact you). Depending on the size of the parcel, the approximate shipping times are (in business days and don't include public holidays):
Sydney 1-2 days
Brisbane 1-3 days
Melbourne 3-4 days
Adelaide 3-5 days
Perth 6-10 days (depending on size of order, most seem to be closer to 10 days)
Hobart 3-8 days
Darwin 6-8 days
Areas outside the capital cities usually take an extra day to arrive.
We do not ship any items overseas at present.
